Job Title: Knowledgebase Editor-Client

Our team is seeking a skilled Content Governance Specialist to oversee the management of our knowledge base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of our online content.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a seasoned technical writer who is passionate about breaking complex processes down into easy-to-follow steps

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze data and create innovative solutions. They will also be able to work effectively with our team members and stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing.
  • Experience independently creating engaging online articles, guides and user support content.
  • Deep understanding of applying formatting (headers, bolding, icons, lists, tables, screenshots) to make the most important points standout
  • Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly, a penchant for self-development
  • Ability to work effectively and collegially with all team members and stakeholders such as Training, Operations, Quality and clients.

Additional qualifications include experience with knowledge bases, search engine optimization, video tutorials, and team leadership. Familiarity with adult learning principles and proficiency in Windows XP, MS Word, and MS Excel is also desired.
