Process Excellence Consultant

The Process Excellence Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing restaurant operations management by providing strategic support to the Restaurant Systems Manager. The consultant ensures seamless systems implementation through initiatives on food safety, business process enhancements, and store layout optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Systems Support: Collaborate with the Restaurant Systems Manager to ensure smooth operation of restaurant systems.
  • Systems and Procedures Development: Develop guidelines for implementing procedures in areas such as kitchen systems, workstation organization, back-of-house operations, cleanliness and sanitation protocols, general safety measures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop standard preparation and cooking procedures; assemble and hold procedures; analyze product processes.
  • Standardize and forecast tools, utensils, small equipment, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, operating supplies, and packaging materials.
  • Cash control, POS transactions, performance testing, and documentation of new or revised kitchen systems and processes.
  • Update and monitor POS development changes; manage compliance project activities; conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback.
  • Prepare store opening requirements, process PR sourcing, item additions, and standardize various RS and SD-related items.
  • Maintain and manage idle warehouse assets; coordinate asset transfer arrangements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or systems development.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
