Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lexie Staffing and Business Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, often requiring creative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous customer service experience is preferred but not necessary. We offer a competitive salary of $24,500 - $28,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals
