Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Manager to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all CDRL deliverables on a project.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
- Maintain and improve a quality assurance system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
- Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and quality assurance for U.S. Government or international projects within the last 10 years.
- Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards.
- Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
- Proficient in reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with DoD and other US Federal Agencies compliance and reporting processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to complete mandatory courses and certifications as required.
