Overview

This is a remote sales representative role where you will engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

As a successful candidate, you will have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance of our office. You'll also need:

  • A high-speed internet connection
  • An appropriate, quiet work environment
  • High language proficiency in English
  • Work-from-home experience

The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated and dedicated, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The job involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting and promoting products and services effectively, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity, handling objections and resolving customer concerns professionally, staying up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, escalating complex issues when necessary, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have previous call center experience, have work from home experience, have a strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, have a high-speed internet connection, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), familiarity with Windows operating systems, skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up, able to multitask and self-manage effectively, excellent interpersonal skills.
