As a strategic contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by connecting with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:- Making proactive calls to prospective customers to discuss their needs and preferences
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure seamless communication
- Representing the company professionally when conversing with contacts
- Ensuring all calls meet the established standards and requirements
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis to support informed decision-making
- At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong internet connection and designated professional workspace to maintain productivity
- Amenable to working non-traditional hours to accommodate customer needs
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
- Highly professional candidates with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Team players willing to go above and beyond to achieve desired outcomes
