Academic Sales Professional

This role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success.

  • The primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end student–instructor matching process from reviewing intake insights to coordinating assignments and tracking key service metrics.
  • You will lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by consistently updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in education, communications, or sales.

A strong communication and interpersonal skills are required; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
