Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role involves the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks, including creating promotional materials, designing catalogues, and managing website content updates.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across all customer-facing channels.

This is not an entry-level role - we need someone with proven marketing and design skills who can take a project brief, run with it, and deliver high-quality work on time.

About the Role
  • Create, update, and format brochures, flyers, and seasonal promotional materials
  • Design and update catalogues (using existing templates or building new layouts)
  • Produce and update business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork
  • Prepare fleet signage concepts and liaise with suppliers
  • Manage website content updates (WordPress – images, product info, basic copy changes)
  • Schedule and post social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • SOURCE promotional gear/merchandise (research, contacting suppliers, presenting options)
  • Liaise with printers, merchandise suppliers, and other third parties to ensure smooth production
  • Light photo editing (e.g., background cleanup, colour correction)
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role
  • Strong design skills - confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues
  • Familiar with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Creative thinker - happy to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with some overlap (3–4 hours)
  • Part-time: 2–4 hours/day (hours will likely grow over time)
