Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Associate to fuel our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives.

You will bridge the gap between internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers to ensure a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with in-house teams to brief and request assets for paid campaigns
  • Source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs for measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Necessary Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record of producing high-performing UGC-led video ads
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what drives conversion
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics
