Looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in creating innovative content solutions. As a key member of our content strategy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of our marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with internal design teams and external creators to conceptualize and develop engaging ad creatives
  • Collaborating with media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Developing clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes and align with campaign objectives
  • Managing a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Meta, and Google
  • Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review campaign performance and iterate on creative strategies

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what drives conversion
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple creative streams simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics
