Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Strategic Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items.
  • Design and update website elements, landing pages, and email templates to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Develop visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and video graphics.
  • Produce compelling presentation decks for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with the product team on UI elements for the BrainHealth Platform.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with campaign-specific creatives aligned with branding.
  • Create digital advertising assets and visual elements for blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and support brand evolution.
  • Design branded materials for events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media.
  • Proven team lead experience in a creative or marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in social media marketing and recent experience designing for various platforms.
  • Understanding of print production processes and requirements.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Experience creating responsive email designs and templates.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience managing or working on WordPress websites.
  • Experience with off-page SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and print production processes.
  • Passion for health and wellness and ability to visualize complex health concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
