We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an App Quality Assurance Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to pinpoint bugs and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Update internal documentation consistently, reflecting the latest updates and changes.
  • Report performance issues to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from a four-year course or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and meticulous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with using apps on mobile and web platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
  • Openness to learn and adapt new software testing methodologies, including automation testing with Appium.
