Job Title:

Civil Engineering Designer

Job Description:

The primary focus of this role is to create high-quality civil engineering designs and documentation for various infrastructure projects using industry-standard software.

This involves collaborating closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery, meeting statutory requirements, and maintaining a high level of quality in the output.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as civil engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a consulting environment, preferably with expertise in engineering design software, including AutoCAD and 12D.
  • Proficiency in designing access tracks, cut/fill pads, and other related structures, with an advantage for those with experience in wind farm design.
  • Knowledge of local and statutory requirements, legislation, and Australian Standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
