Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dealer Network Manager to join our Global Sales Reporting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our dealer distribution network, communicating global sales counting, and supporting internal and external delivery and stock performance reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dealer locations, investors, and floor planning
  • Store and maintain dealer sales and service agreements
  • Communicate global sales data to various stakeholders
  • Support internal and external delivery and stock performance reporting
  • Maintain accurate vehicle information, including VINs and sales history
  • Manage key analytic reporting tools and be the entry point for customer data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business transformation, consulting, and project management
  • Demonstrated experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies
  • Cross-functional working skills with proven ability to execute projects and deliver results
  • Detail-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Internal controls knowledge and Agile/Scrum framework experience desirable
  • Data analytics skills required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Power BI, KNIME, SQL, and Power Automate
  • Azure Databricks expertise an advantage
  • End-to-end test cycle management experience
  • Training manual development and training delivery experience
  • Familiarity with technology and analytics tools
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
