Remote Sales & Customer Support Role

Are you a customer-centric sales professional with exceptional communication skills? We're seeking a skilled Digital Sales & Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-notch service and sales support to our customers.

As a Digital Sales & Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to customers through various channels, including phone, live chat, email, and SMS. You'll also be responsible for recommending products, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and assisting with purchase decisions.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels.
  • Recommend products and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist with purchase decisions and handle order management.
  • Deliver a personalized experience that reflects each brand's voice, values, and standards.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
