Reception and Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reception and Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and others in the community, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. You will be responsible for managing client requests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and other support staff to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client requests and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and files as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a positive attitude.
