Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
The role requires effective communication with the executive team, property sellers, brokers, and service providers. The candidate should be a self-starter, comfortable working in a team environment with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
- Review offering memoranda and seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Conduct market research and analysis for investment decision support.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks.
- Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordinating with third parties.
- Perform market-level due diligence, including sale and lease comparables and investment trends.
- Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline.
- Provide administrative support to the acquisition and finance teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is a plus.
- MBA degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
- Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities.
- Experience with quantitative evaluation and analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
