  1. Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  2. Serve as a technical advisor and consultant for all IT matters, providing recommendations and guidelines on current and future IT solutions.
  3. Oversee the management of local infrastructure, disaster recovery sites, end-user devices, telephone systems, data networks, and other related IT aspects.
  4. Manage existing applications, whether built in-house or acquired externally, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  5. Evaluate and approve requests for information systems hardware, software, and/or IT services.
  6. Develop and monitor IT budgets, create long-term plans, and optimize budget spending.
  7. Implement and maintain IT security controls based on ISO27001 and best practices, ensuring compliance with annual audits.
  8. Responsible for creating, managing, updating, and distributing IT policies, processes, and security controls.
  9. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products.
  10. Monitor service operation and project performance, formulating service improvement plans as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with committed SLAs and KPIs.
  12. Review the effectiveness of ITIL Processes.
  13. Coordinate with clients to create reports, attend meetings, and present team performance.
  14. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ITO projects and opportunities, including server administration, infrastructure support, database, and network administration.
