About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our global service delivery model, ensuring a seamless experience for our international B2B customer base. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Service Delivery and Service Management, with at least 10 years of relative working experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an international telecom account/company and possess a bachelor's degree or any related degree. They will be responsible for adapting corporate strategies to local market conditions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure stable, robust, and scalable operational processes to support enterprise customers.
  • Leadership: Play an active role in project management prioritization, daily change management meetings, and departmental responsibilities.
  • Innovation: Create and implement standardized processes and improve existing methodologies, including departmental structures and organizational improvements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with team leaders to assure high levels of customer satisfaction.
