Seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Analyst.

Job Description

This role is a key member of the analytics team and will bring strategic thought leadership, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing marketing efforts, including performance by individual ad, media, and campaign. You will identify successful elements and work to continuously improve ad performance. Additionally, you will develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize margins.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required; Master's preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, R, or Python, and experience working with large data sets.
  • Strong math, statistics, and data mining skills.
  • Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, and other BI tools is a plus.
