Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and analyze client requests, escalations, and enquiries for FI and NFI clients.
  • Collaborate with other divisions within the Payments Department to allocate escalations and prevent them from arising.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and procedures prescribed by Risk and Compliance.
  • Create and follow up files for incoming payments that could not be executed.
  • Provide recommendations to reduce payments not processed automatically and improve quality.
  • Formulate proposals for improvement.
  • Carry out interventions for incorrectly supplied electronic payments.
