Business Development Role We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to drive growth through new business opportunities. This role is critical in engaging with healthcare decision-makers and supporting our rapidly growing sales pipeline. About the Job As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing market intelligence. You will work closely with our Business Development team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads and provide valuable insights into the market.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Health IT sales and possess exceptional communication skills. They will be passionate about healthcare technology and have a proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads with a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualification: Conduct needs assessments to determine lead suitability and align opportunities with business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers including oncologists, surgeons, clinic administrators, ASC leaders, and hospital executives.
  • Sales Support: Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate value propositions. Maintain accurate lead data and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide sales insights.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs while providing regular reports on outreach metrics and conversion performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Education & Experience: MBA or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Candidates must have prior experience with cold calling customers (clinics/doctors preferred).
  • Health IT Experience: Prior experience in Health IT sales is mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (US-based clients).
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads with a consultative approach.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
