Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage our US B2B customer relationships, ensuring timely invoicing and billing, and maintaining accurate account balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Invoicing and Billing: Generate and send invoices to US B2B customers, validate billings against sales orders, and maintain accurate customer account balances and AR ledgers.
  • B2B Collections and Customer Communications: Proactively outreach on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and escalate disputed invoices for resolution.
  • NetSuite AR Operations and Cash Application: Accurately apply cash receipts to invoices, process sales orders, create and validate invoices, post adjustments and credits, and maintain correct AR transaction coding and documentation.
  • Reporting, Reconciliation, and Month-End Support: Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasts, and collections status reports, and support month-end close by reconciling AR accounts and resolving reconciling items.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort, errors, and days sales outstanding (DSO), ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies, and document procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in Accounts Receivable and B2B collections for US-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR modules, including sales orders, invoicing, and cash application.
  • Proven ability to apply cash and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer outreach to US clients.
