A skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer is sought after to join a global infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining the health, performance, and scalability of our production environment.

About the Role
  • Apply software engineering principles to resolve operational problems and automate tasks.
  • Collaborate with a talented, distributed team of engineers across different time zones to ensure platform reliability.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain core infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, single points of failure, and scalability limits.
  • Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to provide deep insights into system behavior.
  • Participate in incident response and resolution, leading blameless post-mortems to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to foster a culture of reliability and improve developer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
  • Deep proficiency with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure declaratively.
  • Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
  • Proven ability to build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
  • Hands-on experience with modern monitoring and logging tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for automation and tooling.
