Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified.

The successful candidate will have native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified, proficient English reading and writing skills, and be able to work 10+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and score AI-generated responses across a wide variety of topics
  • Suggest improvements and corrections using natural language examples
  • Evaluate model outputs through A/B testing, ranking, scoring, and annotation
  • Flag content with safety concerns (e.g., toxicity, hallucinations, or policy violations)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified
  • Proficient English reading and writing skills
  • Available to work 10+ hours per week
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Dependable, communicative, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • General awareness of current events and cultural nuances in the target language region is a plus
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or offensive content
