About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to develop and execute tactical communications plans that support our strategic goals. This includes managing various communication channels, creating engaging content for diverse audiences, sourcing and managing visual assets, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with overall objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Create and curate high-quality content for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience in change management and social media marketing
