Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Specialist. As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that supports our company mission of making education accessible to all. You will work closely with our talented international group of video creators and video editors to create engaging, platform-optimized content.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in video creation, preferably in academic or informational settings, with a strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem. They will be skilled in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging, platform-optimized content.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Premiere and familiar with other editing and graphics tools. They will have experience in scripting, storyboarding, producing videos, and collaborating with editors. The candidate should also be data-savvy and comfortable running content experiments to improve engagement and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in video creation (preferably academic or informational) with a strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem.
  • Skilled in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging, platform-optimized content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere and familiar with other editing and graphics tools.
