Seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record trade and non-trade transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to obtain necessary information and documents.
  • Perform regular cash and position reconciliations to ensure accounting records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio pricing to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Calculate and book fee accruals in accordance with established protocols.
  • Prepare and distribute Net Asset Value (NAV) packages and financial statements to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc reporting packages to meet client and internal requirements.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable best practices and client-specific agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and other offices to resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant professional designation (CPA, CFA, CMA) is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly in high-volume operational environments, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fund accounting or hedge fund industry is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven approach to work.
  • Good interpersonal and client service skills.
