About Your Role
  • Record transactions in custody and accounting systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties for information and documents
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio pricing
  • Calculate and book fee accruals
  • Prepare financial statements and NAV packages
  • Prepare reports as required by clients and management
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices and client agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues

About You
  • You have a degree in accounting, finance, or management
  • Relevant professional designations are an advantage but not required
  • Experience in Financial Services with high volume operations and/or fund accounting knowledge is beneficial
  • You're willing to work flexible schedules
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is advantageous
  • You're highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You're proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and client service skills
