HR Operations and Administration Specialist

As an HR Admin Supervisor at Lexus Manila Inc., you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews with prospective applicants.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of associates' benefits, including group hospitalization, uniform, and life insurance.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of associates' personnel files, including tax identification and payroll information.
- Facilitating new-hire orientation and ongoing training programs to enhance associate engagement and productivity.
- Collaborating with administrative staff to manage building and office administration tasks.
- Providing support to operational and budget planning processes, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and policies.
- Performing various administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., human resources, business administration).
- Proven work experience in human resources and administration (at least 1-3 years).
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with ability to apply knowledge effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
