Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager to join our growing team.

  • This role is both strategic and hands-on, managing paid media campaigns with a focus on clients in the Australian market.

Working closely with our client partners and performance directors, you will manage the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns, including monitoring, optimising, and analysing performance.

You will also identify opportunities for testing and growth, taking on more responsibility in client communication, strategic planning, and account leadership over time.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the technical side of campaign management but wants to expand their strategic influence within a high-performing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across multiple paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets to ensure proper pacing and performance
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting related to paid media campaign performance
  • Support A/B testing efforts and contribute to experimentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on account strategy
  • Handle regular client communication and performance updates
  • Share insights and learnings internally to support team growth
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing performance campaigns
  • Proven experience running paid ad campaigns specifically for Australian clients
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Data- and process-driven approach in ad campaign management
