Brief Description of Job Responsibilities

1. Monitors, tracks, prepares and evaluate compliances to oversights agencies such
as but not limited to the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG), Department
of Budget and Management (DBM), Office of the President and AO25 Inter-
Agency Task Force on the Grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB);

2. Maintains and updates compliance records and database;

3. Prepares reports and memorandums relative to the progress/updates of various
compliances in adherence to regulatory and company policies;

4. Provides assistance in complying with Ease of Doing Business Act (EODB)
requirements prescribed by laws and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) issuances
and Freedom of Information (FOI) Program requirements;

5. Supports the Compliance Team in performing administrative tasks and assisting
with compliance-related requirements and ensures that policies and procedures
are being followed;

6. Collaborates with different requirements to ensure compliance requirements are
met; and

7. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
