Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to supervise a group of quality evaluators and work with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a group of quality evaluators to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to review, close, and agree on quality metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of the Quality matrix and resolve queries from the QA team.
  • Coach and develop quality evaluators to improve process and transaction monitoring.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks of all transactions to ensure compliance with pre-set standards and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance in a BPO setup.
  • Experience as a QA Team Lead or similar role.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified or trained resource with domain experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function.
