
Medical Customer Support Specialist

This role is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking medical information.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions in accordance with established timelines and protocols.
Perform various activities including data tracking, quality control, training, and reconciliation of data from multiple sources.
Minimum 3–4 years relevant experience (or 1 year safety experience).
Associate degree + 2–3 years relevant experience (or 1 year safety experience).
Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field.
Relevant experience includes experience in the pharmaceutical industry and related areas such as Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry/Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance.
Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry is preferred but not required.
Office environment or remote work.
