Medical Records Specialist

Join our team to ensure the precision and quality of medical record retrieval for law firm clients.
This is a pivotal role that involves identifying relevant healthcare providers, researching and locating billing providers, and accurately inputting all identified providers into the admin application.
The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience requesting health records from providers on behalf of law firms, exceptional accuracy, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be proactive in problem-solving and resolving missing or unclear information with law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify all relevant healthcare providers involved in a client's treatment, beyond the main facility listed by the law firm.
- Research and locate billing providers and related entities using tools such as Chartswap, historical request data, and direct provider outreach.
- Accurately input all identified providers into the admin application.
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience requesting health records from providers on behalf of law firms.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
