Psychometricians are key professionals in creating and implementing assessments for employee performance evaluation, skill development, and organizational growth. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Psychometrician & Employee Assessment Lead.

Job Description:

We need someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in psychometrics to design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to create accurate and reliable assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and workplace well-being.

The successful candidate will also assist organizations in identifying high-performing employees by integrating survey results, personality data, and team dynamics into improved recruitment techniques. They will collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance our digital psychometric platform and explore AI-enhanced analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.

Responsibilities include ensuring scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of Lifekeys' psychological assessments, analyzing psychometric data, and optimizing recruitment and hiring strategies through integrated survey results and team insights.

As an expert in psychometrics, you will contribute to developing innovative solutions for improving workplace well-being and helping businesses support their employees with resilience training, psychological assessments, and digital learning tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with an interest in psychometrics and data analysis
  • Familiarity with statistical tools is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights
  • Strong English proficiency
