Seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our digital marketing agency, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through SEO and Google Ads strategies.

  • Conduct thorough audits and implement technical, content, and on-page optimizations to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Develop compelling landing pages for SEM campaigns that drive quality leads.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search and YouTube Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, GSC, and GA4 to build comprehensive reports and insights.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance).
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and ad creative based on data-driven insights.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution models.
  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or local SEO projects.
