Job Summary:

A Coach is responsible for providing individual and group coaching sessions to clients. The Coach will work with clients to identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions to clients.
  • Develop and implement individual action plans for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct regular coaching sessions with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in coaching, mentoring or counseling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills.
  • Above Average fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong desire to help others.
  • Flexibility to work with shifting hours.
  • Proficient in office software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mental health care.
  • Certification in Life Coaching.
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
  • Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor or Psychometrician.
