We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Provide information and assistance to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Communicate with customers to resolve concerns and issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- BPO experience is an asset but not necessary.
