Customer Engagement Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound phone calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and identifying potential opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a clear, persuasive, and confident phone presence, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make high-volume outbound phone calls daily to prospective clients, introducing services and identifying potential opportunities.
  2. Qualify prospects by asking the right questions to understand their needs and determine if there is a potential fit for services.
  3. Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers and ensure all details are properly documented in the CRM for seamless handoff to the sales team.
  4. Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, referrals, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  5. Maintain a consistent schedule of follow-ups to re-engage warm leads that did not convert initially.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication, clear expectations, and a strong conversion from appointment to closed deal.

The successful candidate will also provide feedback on lead quality, call outcomes, and prospect objections to help improve scripts and outreach strategies.

About the Role:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a large call volume while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
  • Hands-on experience using Pipedrive CRM (or similar CRMs) to manage sales pipelines and track activities.
