You will play a pivotal role in driving results by adhering to compliance regulations, meeting daily and monthly collection targets, and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Make timely outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Negotiate customized payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
- Update customer accounts accurately and document all collection activities.
- Effectively follow up on broken promises and maintain consistent communication with debtors.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets while consistently meeting call quality standards.
- Handle disputes and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department as needed.
