Job Opportunity: Operations Specialist

TrustArc is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join its Global Privacy Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of various ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team with implementation and setup of clients on TrustArc products.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Front End Web Development experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of Web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.).
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams.

Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience in online advertising, email, marketing, or software technical support, functional work experience in privacy management systems, and understanding of data privacy management practices.
