As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging software engineering candidates to meet the needs of our portfolio clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles for technical positions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Engage and follow up with passive candidates who have potential interest in our company.
- Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics affecting the talent pool.
- Proven experience in sourcing software engineers (at least 2 years in technical recruitment or souring).
- Strong track record in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
