Job Title: Expert AI Model Refiner

This role involves critically evaluating and refining the performance of advanced AI models, specifically large language models (LLMs), to ensure they meet the required standards. The successful candidate will assess the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of the models, making informed recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality training data sets for AI models to enhance their performance.
  • Annotate data to align AI models with human values and ethics.
  • Review and refine the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated and AI-generated text to conform to linguistic rules.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes.
  • Navigate a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
  • Meet target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows.
