Job Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI-powered systems for consumer-facing platforms. This includes LLM-based applications, with a focus on performance, cost, reliability, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the full AI lifecycle: conceptualization, prototyping, experimentation, and writing high-quality production code.
  2. Participate in architecture, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure for AI solutions, utilizing Infrastructure as Code principles.
  3. Design and build reusable AI/ML platforms, components, and frameworks to accelerate innovation and improve engineering efficiency.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  5. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, refine approaches, and deliver scalable AI solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a significant focus on building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models and systems.
  • Hands-on experience building applications leveraging LLMs and deploying them into a production environment.
  • Practical experience or solid knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, Personalization & Recommendation systems, and/or Anomaly Detection.
  • Deep understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts, models, and algorithms, demonstrated through practical application and system design.
  • Technical expertise in backend services, cloud platforms, front-end frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, REST/WebSocket API development, and database technologies.
  • Solid software design fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and clean, testable, maintainable code practices.
