Job Description:

The NLP Model Assessor plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality training data for AI models. This involves annotating data to align with human values, analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting guidelines and priorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is strong communication and collaboration. Experience working with cross-functional teams is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Data Creation
    • Create datasets for AI models to improve their performance.
    • Ensure the quality of the training data meets the required standards.
  • Data Annotation
    • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values.
  • Analysis and Improvement
    • Improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text.
    • Ensure the written content adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Closely collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
