Our team is seeking a skilled evaluator to assess the performance of AI and LLM models.

About the Role:
  • We're looking for self-motivated individuals who can handle the speed required to innovate in this truly global role, joining a team of subject matter experts across various disciplines.
  • Create high-quality training data sets for AI models to improve accuracy and fluency
  • Annotate data to align AI models with human values and ensure their integrity
  • Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated and AI model-generated text
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate data sets
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
  • Navigate dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities and guidelines
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or similar fields
  • Excellent writing skills (in English) and strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Well-honed internet research skills
