Job Title: Virtual Support Specialist for Real Estate

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to provide vital back-office support and client communication in the real estate industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, manage email communications, handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors, maintain CRM systems, assist with scheduling and document management, coordinate tasks between teams and external partners, contribute to lead generation and appointment setting as needed, and participate in marketing activities such as email campaigns or social posts.
