
Dynamic Real Estate Business Support

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing real estate business as an Executive Assistant to the Founder. The role involves providing strategic support, managing communications, and driving key initiatives forward.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Inbox & Communications Management: Triage, respond, and manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, as the primary gatekeeper to the Founder.
- Strategic Calendar Management: Optimize the Founder's dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and ensure preparedness and timeliness.
- Project & Deal Flow Support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
- Personal Support: Manage personal logistics to ensure the Founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
You will work closely with the Founder to drive growth and success in the company. This is not just another Virtual Assistant position; it's a partnership that requires strategic input, autonomy, and creativity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
- Experience in the real estate industry (US, CA, AU, etc.) is a major advantage.
- Exceptional, world-class communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
