Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent communication skills? As a real estate virtual assistant, your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day operations of short- and long-term rental properties.

About the Job

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws. Additionally, you will oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  1. Short-Term Rental Property Operations: Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  2. Long-Term Rental Property Operations: Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Recruitment and Hiring: Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  4. Financial Management: Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  5. Business Development: Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  6. Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
Requirements
  • Stable and Fast Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection is required for this role.
  • No Prior Experience Required: No prior experience is required, but you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy is required.
  • Optimistic Energy and Attitude: An optimistic energy and attitude are essential for success in this role.
